We are immediately hiring for a Director of Marketing

Job Description

This role is critical in helping prospective residents and their families understand their options when it comes to senior living – before the door to options closes. Our Director of Marketing will work closely with community partners, referral sources, prospective residents, and their families to help them understand their needs and the best options to meet those needs. This isn’t just another sales job; this is a calling to serve and truly help people make one of the most important decisions in their golden years.

What we offer

• Competitive base salary of $60,000 – $70,000 depending on experience + commissions. (Over six figures for high performers!)

Responsibilities

The position has several facets:

• Working closely with prospective residents and their families to educate them regarding their options and identify their needs so they and the Mary Schwartz Summit can make the best decision.
• Identify and establish new relationships with community partners and referral sources, while maintaining and strengthening existing relationships.

Marketing

• Plan, coordinate and execute excellent marketing events to promote and benefit the local community, our residents, and prospective residents.

Requirements

• A love for seniors
• Knowledge of the Jewish community and culture
• Must have the ability to travel locally to attend functions, network within the community, create and implement events 2+ years of senior living sales preferred, but if you have prior experience in hospitality, property manager, hotel manager, event sales we would love to hear from you!
• Associates or Bachelor’s degree in business, business administration, public relations, communications, sales, marketing or related field preferred
• Proven track record of success
• Must be willing to take 2-step TB test
• Must have proof of COVID-19 vaccination
