Job Description

Front Desk LP Associates are tasked with manning the employee entrance, checking in/out items in assistances with Loss Prevention, maintaining supplies, answering employee calls, managing meeting spaces, and more.

Application Requirements:

• Front Desk LP Associates must have experience working with Microsoft Excel and Outlook
• Associates must demonstrate courtesy, assistance and a positive attitude toward customers and other employees
• Initiative and drive in the performance of duties, demonstrating a willingness to follow direction with a positive attitude
• Front Desk LP Associates maintain clear and concise written records and s
• Knowledge of, adherence to and reinforcement of all company policies and procedures
• Safe performance of duties: demonstrating care for self, co-workers, customers and company property
• Maintain a neat and clean work environment
• Maintain a professional personal appearance

Qualified candidates must be available to work a minimum of Sundays 11am-7:15pm and Mondays 2:15pm-7:15pm; additional open shifts include Fridays 2:15pm-7:15pm and Saturdays 11am-7:15pm.
