Position Summary

The Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for developing, initiating, creating and overseeing long-term digital marketing campaign as well as spearheading brand advertising and marketing solutions. The ideal candidate will have experience in copywriting, art direction and social media who can expand our brand’s reach locally while increasing brand loyalty and awareness.

Primary Tasks

The Digital Marketing Specialist is the main source of Firm branding. They will manage digital communications networks, and understand how to integrate a cohesive network and build the Firm brand.

Social Media

• Planning content, creating graphics and posting/scheduling
• Corresponding with clients, members of the public, and vendors
• Design and implement incentive programs; manage program and ensure full cycle of process
• Utilize available resources to analyze data and provide creative solutions to issues.
• Create content to maximize engagement on each platform and proactively engage viewers
• Create videos; organize photos, and research handles
• Develop a website traffic plan – competitive with the market

• Analyze key metrics that track success of campaigns
• Partner with advertising and media specialists to increase marketing results
• Develop, evaluate and oversee the implementation of A/B testing protocols and procedures

• Manage social platforms and develop strategies through competitive research, benchmarking, platform determination, messaging, and audience identification
• Assist with development and implementation of social media marketing strategy

• Events, planning, and implementation

Google My Business

• Update information and post, at minimum, once per week
• Stay on top of algorithm changes – minimum monthly
• Add services and products; monitor competition
• Add/remove attorneys as needed

Other Duties

• Creating content calendar to be approved by Marketing Coordinator
• Work with clients and marketing team to plan events including holiday parties, etc.
• Write, edit, produce, and/or proofread content for both print and digital communication
• Assist with plans, research, and the execution of firm events including obtaining media releases
• Track press coverage and contacts
• Other tasks and projects as assigned

SKILLS:

• Highly proficient in MS Outlook, Word and Excel
• Ability to manage social media and digital platforms
• High command of English grammar, usage, punctuation, and spelling
• Creativity in social media and digital campaigns
• Use data analysis for interpretive development

ATTRIBUTES:

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in communication / marketing etc.

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds at times.
• This job operates in a professional office environment. Exposure to computer screens and low level of noise.
