A driven and motivated Marketing Director who will manage and execute the Companies marketing strategies by building awareness about how our products/services can satisfy their needs. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the Companies approach to growing revenue through the multitude of B2B and B2C verticals and customer channels.
Your Key Responsibilities Will Be:
Execution. Support the execution of Kellis marketing strategies, including brand campaigns, consumer products, print (catalog) and digital messages, social media presence, and design.

• Analyze customer insights, consumer trends, and market data to ensure the right product mix is available.
• Increase customer conversions and generate more qualified leads.

Consumer Products. Manage the development of the Companies consumer products strategy.

• Ensure consistency among Kellis branded items.

Design. Work with management to translate creative ideas into key marketing initiatives.
Facilitation. Directly supervise the Creative Team, while also actively contributing to help complete necessary tasks in a timely fashion.
Revenue Support. Facilitate revenue opportunities across current and new channels.

The Skills You Need to Have Include:

• Ability to think creatively, using inspiration inside and outside of multiple retail verticals (B2B and B2C).
• Marketing in an eCommerce environment.
• Proficiency in leading a cross-functional team and working with other key management personnel.
• Experience in managing and executing consumer product campaigns.
• Ability to leverage consumer insights to develop engagement strategies.
• Expertise in managing print and digital marketing strategies, catalog experience a plus.
• Experience with PPC, Google Ads, and other digital advertising.
• An outstanding work ethic and attention to detail.
• Previous experience in brand marketing; past experience in gifts and wholesale distribution a plus.
• Bachelors Degree.
• 5+ years of experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 – $120,000.00 per year
