The Program
We are launching a Junior Trader Program to develop the next generation of traders on a defined path to running their own book. This role is built for someone who is highly motivated, competitive, intellectually curious, and serious about developing as a trader. The ideal candidate has strong market instincts, sharp analytical ability, and the discipline to operate under pressure without losing precision.
The program is structured as a paid, hourly, multi-phase pipeline. It combines classroom instruction, simulated trading, paper portfolios, and progressively scaled live allocations under the direct mentorship of senior traders and portfolio managers across the firm. Strong performers earn the opportunity to scale into a full-time seat and, over time, to run a dedicated book with meaningful capital and a top-of-market payout structure.
What We’re Looking For
- 0 to 2 years of professional experience; recent graduates and early-career candidates encouraged
- Strong academic record from a rigorous quantitative program (mathematics, statistics, engineering, computer science, finance, economics, or equivalent)
- Genuine, demonstrable interest in markets, whether through independent trading, research projects, or investment competitions
- Independent thinking and the ability to form clear, differentiated views
- Understanding that risk management is just as important as idea generation
- Strong work ethic and a genuine passion for markets
- Entrepreneurial, coachable, and hungry to improve
Prior trading experience is a plus but not required. What matters most is aptitude, intellectual honesty, a competitive temperament, and a real commitment to building a long-term career as a trader.
