Position Overview: Cult Gaia is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Junior Executive Assistant to support the CFO team. This role is heavily administrative and will focus on assisting with day-to-day coordination, email management, and general support to ensure smooth operations.

This position will report into the Executive Assistant and is a great opportunity for someone early in their career looking to gain experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. The ideal candidate is proactive, eager to learn, and comfortable handling a high volume of administrative tasks.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support the Executive Assistant with day-to-day administrative tasks for the CFO
• Assist with email inbox management, including organizing, flagging, and drafting responses
• Help coordinate calendars, schedule meetings, and send invites
• Assist in preparing materials for meetings (agendas, notes, follow-ups)
• Support travel coordination, including booking and organizing itineraries
• Help with expense reporting and administrative documentation
• Coordinate with internal teams to help track tasks and deadlines
• Maintain organized files, records, and systems
• Assist with general office and administrative support as needed
• Take on ad hoc tasks and projects to support the broader team

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 0–2 years of administrative, internship, or coordinator experience
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Clear and professional communication skills
• Willingness to learn and take direction
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Proactive and positive attitude
• High level of professionalism and discretion
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
