System Administrator

The System Administrator role is responsible for the effective and efficient delivery of IT systems and services to our restaurant support centers and operations teams. This role will combine some aspects of a desktop support and systems administrator role ensuring a secure and reliable IT environment for all JFC users. This position will oversee the day-to-day delivery of IT projects and operational support.

Primary Responsibilities

• Responsible for the maintenance, configuration, and reliable operation of server and laptop environments.
• Lead corporate support efforts, making sure all user applications, hardware, and related equipment problems are resolved in a timely manner with limited disruptions.
• Responsible for managing corporate office environments.
• Install, migrate, and upgrade hardware/software, manage virtual environments, and integrate automation processes.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software errors by running diagnostics, documenting problems and resolutions, prioritizing problems, and assessing impact of issues
• Provide documentation and technical specifications to IT staff for planning and implementing new or upgrades of IT infrastructure
• Perform or delegate regular backup operations and implement appropriate processes for data protection, disaster recover, and failover procedures
• Manage and improve Asset Management processes for all corporate systems.
• Patching
• Office 365 implementation and support
• Manage and improve IT process for onboarding and offboarding corporate level employees.
• Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

• Previous IT experience with background in restaurant, retail, or hospitality industry preferred
• Bachelor’s Degree in related area preferred
• This position is based in Denver, CO. Work schedule is considered hybrid model with the expectation to be in our support center 2-3 days per week
• Desire to take ownership of a project and ability to prioritize multiple projects and adjust workload accordingly
• Strong time management and project management skills efficiently working with deadlines
• Ability to handle confidential information with sensitivity
• Effective written and verbal communication
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with impeccable attention to detail.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs., work in sedentary environment but must have ability to crawl under desks to hook up computer set ups
