Learn more about us at __www.jhkelly.com__._ *Summary: * Through partnership and collaboration with internal customers, the *Marketing Manager *will develop and facilitate a cohesive company message through multiple channels, including but not limited to: marketing materials, video content, website development, social media, proposals, and internal and external communications. *Primary Duties and Responsibilities: * * Collaborates and partners closely with Business Development and Operations to fully understand services and communication needs. * Based on assessment, drafts and proposes communications campaigns, which may include social and online media, print media, direct mail, video content, and other multimedia. * Presents design ideas and recommendations to executive VP, business development, and operations. * Creates and coordinates multimedia packages. * Schedules and develop video content. * Analyzes existing website traffic and internet activity related to the company and products. * Develops innovative strategies to attract customers to the company’s brand through various web-based marketing programs and search engine optimization (SEO) techniques. * Develop and implement of online marketing plans; compile and analyze data to measure the effectiveness of such plans. * s campaign results to management, addressing any questions or concerns. * Maintains current knowledge of online marketing opportunities and trends, web analytics, and SEO techniques. * Assists with development of the organization’s website to ensure its efficiency and efficacy. * Develop and implement social media plan. * Develops and expands company’s web presence through social media, email, web advertising, and other online sources; promotes company brand through these channels. * Drafts, implements, maintains, and revises online marketing campaigns to drive sales and revenue to the company. * Ability to support operations teams with the development and publication of Requests for Proposal (RFP’s) * Performs other related duties as assigned. *Education/Experience: * * Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Journalism, Advertising, Communications, or related field. * Three to five years of related experience writing and editing projects; portfolio of relevant previous projects highly preferred. *Required Skills: * * Excellent verbal and written communication skills that may include public speaking and presentations. * Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. * Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and other design programs. *Work Environment: * The physical requirements described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
