ITJGroup is a rapidly expanding technological platform that offers end-to-end solutions and is causing havoc in the jewelry business. We assist merchants in competing online against industry giants by building a high-end jewelry marketplace and providing everything from studio services, strategy, and campaigns to development initiatives.

About the Position

ITJGroup is looking for a talented person familiar with Graphic Design to assist in designing new digital assets for our clients. You will work directly with our product management team and help create email templates, banner and advertising content, UI design for websites, and final assets to give a clear direction to our development and advertising team. The ideal candidate is someone that shows potential to be part of the core team and grow with the company.

Responsibilities:

• Design and produce marketing materials.

• Ability to create design solutions that align user needs, brand goals, and business requirements

• Uses graphic design skills and appropriate market knowledge to craft compelling, high-quality graphic content for posting on various social media platforms.

• Proofreads copy for spelling, grammar, and layout making appropriate changes; responsible for accuracy and clarity of final copy.

• Responsible for tracking workflow, ensuring that jobs are completed in required time frames to client specifications. Keep logs and updates regarding various graphic design jobs and progress.

• Determines style, technique, and medium best suited to produce desired effects.

• Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as Adobe Creative Suite)

• Remains current in the Graphic Design industry, identifying new traits, techniques, and shortcuts.

• Ability to monitor, manage and execute various tasks and efforts at different stages of discovery and execution; handles large request queues; and delivers in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

• Familiar with the UX/UI lifecycle, design principles, and process.

Qualifications:

• Must be organized and able to manage multiple competing priorities.

• Excellent eye and visual taste, including a passion for simplicity and a clean, crisp aesthetic

• Excellent verbal and visual communicator that is flexible and patient

Education:

• Undergraduate or Bachelor’s degree (Preferred)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 – $18.00 per hour
