Job Title: IT Support Specialist

Job Summary
We are looking for an IT Support Specialist to provide technical assistance and support for hardware, software, and network-related issues. The role ensures smooth day-to-day IT operations by resolving user issues and maintaining IT systems efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Provide first-line technical support to end users (in-person, phone, or remote)
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, and peripherals
Support user account management (password resets, access provisioning)
Assist with Windows/Mac OS and basic application support
Monitor and respond to IT support tickets in a timely manner
Escalate complex issues to higher-level support teams when required
Maintain IT inventory and documentation
Ensure systems are updated with latest patches and antivirus protection
Support onboarding/offboarding of employees from an IT perspective
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor s degree or diploma in IT, Computer Science, or related field
2 4 years of experience in IT support or helpdesk roles
Basic knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, and common business applications
Understanding of basic networking concepts (IP, DNS, LAN/Wi-Fi)
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Good communication and customer service skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with ticketing tools (ServiceNow, Jira, etc.)
