As the Senior Communications Project Analyst will help provide that support through: Accountable: * Build effective communications to further embed the TAq mission statement and scorecard , as well as quarterly performance updates at Townhalls, quarterly financial results, and Year-End Messages * Construct an editorial content plan, including strategy proof point stories and drum beat communications within TAq * Drive VP and Taq Leadership Team (LT) comms activity, including town halls, video messages, interviews, external presentations, podcasts etc, to drive understanding and evidence delivery of our strategy * Support the LT goal to improve PULSE (internal employee satisfaction survey) by opening up to the audience, receiving feedback and sharing observations & best practice * Lead communications & initiate new ways of informing that helps further embed new structure and culture; cross team collaboration and sense of TAq community & engagement * Support sharing of HR initiatives in engaging, dynamic approach within the TAQ community (i.e. Wellness, Career Development, Role Clarity) Own: * Develop and coordinate global plans, messaging and channels for the Global TAq organization * Organize and implement the communications plans across global team on a reactive and proactive basis * Identify and mitigate communication risks and issues * Manage and execute dedicated communications projects * Engage actively with the project workstreams to develop/guide the development of appropriate communication * Build understanding of digital communication platforms and effective use of platforms * Lead communication strategy related to our TAq skills training sessions that enable individuals to focus on developing & deepening core capabilities Deliver: * Engaging, timely, relevant and impactful internal communications, ensuring a unified look and feel that reflect our team’s
