Position Summary
The Inventory Specialist is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, ensuring material traceability, supporting uninterrupted production flow, and sustaining a clean, organized, and professional warehouse environment. This role manages inventory transactions, cycle counts, stock movements, receiving accuracy and location control while driving barcode scanning compliance and supporting continuous improvement initiatives across warehouse operations.

Qualifications
Education
High school diploma or GED required; associate degree or coursework in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related field preferred.
Experience
Minimum 3 years of experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, or materials management in a manufacturing environment preferred.
Systems
Experience with ERP/WMS systems required; SAP experience strongly preferred. Experience with barcode scanning systems and warehouse location control preferred.
Skills
Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills. Ability to analyze discrepancies, support root-cause investigation, and communicate effectively across functions.
