International Sales Manager – South America – Luxury domestic & Travel Retail
International privately owned Luxury company headquartered in Panama with a Miami regional office is seeking to hire an experienced International Sales Manager to manage its Domestic and Travel Retail business in Latin America.
We are looking for a dynamic, pro-active individual eager to contribute a team building attitude and an analytical mindset to the business and the organization.
In this high visibility position, your responsibilities will be to:
· Grow and develop customer relationships and loyalty.
· Manage designated territories and customers to maximize market share.
· Develop and control top line sales level along with account profitability.
· Work with marketing department to develop marketing plans and initiatives.
· Introduce & negotiate new product launches, promotional activities and POS actions.
· Manage team of retail partners implementing sales goals and KPI for success.
· Negotiate space and enhance brand visibility within group merchandising guidelines.
· Be a force of proposal and motivation to grow the business and improve the processes.
