INTEPLAST ENGINEERED FILMS Hiring for HR Generalist Full Time

POSITION OBJECTIVE

Responsible for carrying out HR- related duties on a professional level and work closely with the HR manager in supporting the day-to-day operations.

QUALIFICATIONS

Knowledge in all aspects of Human Resources. Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills. Good organization skills with the ability to prioritize ad handle multiple tasks. Excellent follow up skills. Minimum of 5 years HR experience

Job Responsabilities:

• Interpret and explain human resources policies, procedures, laws, standards, or regulations.Related occupations
• Process hiring-related paperwork.
• Maintain current knowledge of Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) and affirmative action guidelines and laws, such as the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).Related occupations
• Prepare or maintain employment records related to events, such as hiring, termination, leaves, transfers, or promotions, using human resources management system software.
• Address employee relations issues, such as harassment allegations, work complaints, or other employee concerns.
• Review employment applications and job orders to match applicants with job requirements.
• Select qualified job applicants or refer them to managers.
• Schedule or conduct new employee orientations.
• Maintain and update human resources documents, such as organizational charts, directories, or HR reports.
• Conduct exit interviews and ensure that necessary employment termination paperwork is completed.
• Perform searches for qualified job candidates, using sources such as networking, Internet recruiting resources, media advertisements, job fairs, recruiting firms, or employee referrals.
• Coordinate with outside staffing agencies to secure temporary employees, based on departmental needs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 – $65,000.00 per year
