An employer is looking for a Manufacturing Document Specialist to join their team. The employer is an enterprise level company in the biotech industry. The Manufacturing Document Specialist will aid in a project implementing various manufacturing documents into a new documentation system. They will convert manufacturing instructions from batch records/SOPs/WINs into EBR (Electronic Batch Record) forms. Daily tasks include:

– Interpreting and processing large sets of data in manufacturing batch records to convert into electronic batch records
– Setting up and maintaining EBR system to capture all record control requirements, including maintenance of files, quality assurance, information conversions, and systems automation
– Editing or modifying policies and procedures for the EBR system
– Exploring and analyzing datasets with Excel tools to looks for trends and creates specifications for reports
– Working closely with other team members to prioritize workload evenly as well as review data collected by others to ensure accuracy
– Occasionally training new EBR system users as needed

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $22.00 – $24.00 per hour
