The Role

We are looking for a proactive, highly organized part-time Influencer Gifting Intern to help expand our digital footprint. Reporting directly to the Influencer Team, you will be the engine behind our product seeding initiatives: getting Forte Series into the hands of the right creators.

You should be deeply embedded in TikTok culture, have an eye for up-and-coming talent in the men’s lifestyle space, and possess the analytical skills to track what’s working.

The Details

• Location: New York City
• Commitment: Part-time (29 hours/week, Mon–Thurs)
• Payment: $20/hr
• Duration: 3 months

What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)

• Scout & Connect: Identify and conduct outreach to emerging micro-influencers and content creators, specifically on TikTok and Instagram.
• Seed & Scale: Manage the day-to-day logistics of our gifting campaigns, ensuring products get into creators’ hands smoothly.
• Relationship Building: Act as a brand ambassador, helping the Influencer Team nurture and maintain authentic relationships with our creator network.
• Track & Analyze: Organize campaign data, track social mentions, and analyze performance insights to help refine our future outreach strategies.
• Collaborate: Support the Influencer Marketing team in assembling weekly reports and executing broader campaign goals.

Who You Are (Ideal Attributes)

• Education: Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program (or equivalent experience).
• Platform Native: You live on TikTok and understand how to leverage trending audio, formats, and hashtags.
• Industry Passion: You have a genuine interest in men’s fashion, grooming, and lifestyle content.
• Experience: Prior experience or coursework in influencer marketing, social media, or PR is highly preferred.
• Organized Communicator: You have excellent written communication skills and the organizational chops to juggle multiple DMs, tracking sheets, and email threads without dropping the ball.
