Inflection Poynt Hiring for Operations Manager Full Time

We are looking for an Operations Manager with experience in managing fleet logistics for a large waste pickup operation. Will have to manage over 100 hourly employees and 5+ salaried supervisors.

A relocation package is available if needed.

Compensation:

• $95,000 – $105,000 + 20% annual performance bonus

Requirements:

• At least 2 years experience in a management or supervisory role
• 4 year degree(environmental science, engineering, or business)
• MBA is major plus
• Experience in Fleet Operations or Fleet Maintenance
• Understand running a business (P&L, team empowerment, short and long term planning)
• Experience working at any of the following or similar businesses is a major plus (UPS, DHL, Amazon, Enterprise, XPO Logistics, Waste Industry, Railroad/Freight, Military)

Role:

• Managing staff – hiring, training, coaching
• Develop and implement operations plan
• Ensure maximum productivity from various routes
• Interact with customers and government employees
• Maintain regulatory compliance
• Oversee safe work envrionment
• Manage budget

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $95,000.00 – $105,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:
