We’re a fast-growing, high-ticket construction company with projects ranging from $25,000–$60,000+. Our leads come from homeowners and business owners who are already interested in building — your job is to guide them from first conversation to signed contract.

💼 THE ROLE

We’re looking for a Full-Cycle Sales Consultant to own the entire sales process — from calling inbound leads to closing signed agreements. You’ll consult with clients in person, design project solutions, and present pricing using a Good / Better / Best model.

This is a high-earning, relationship-driven role for someone who thrives on owning their results and loves the close.

✅ 5% Commission on all closed revenue

✅ Average project: $25,000–$60,000+

✅ Expected earnings: $120,000–$250,000+ annually

📋 WHAT YOU’LL DO

─────────────────────────────

Lead Management

• Call and qualify inbound leads from our marketing campaigns

• Uncover project goals, budget, timeline, and property details

• Schedule and confirm in-person site visits

• Maintain consistent follow-up via phone, text, and email

In-Person Sales

• Conduct on-site consultations with homeowners and commercial clients

• Evaluate site conditions, take measurements, and gather project details

• Present court design options, materials, and upgrade packages

• Handle objections, negotiate, and close signed agreements with deposits

Pipeline & CRM

• Manage all opportunities in HubSpot CRM

• Build and deliver proposals with accurate project notes

• Follow up on open proposals until a decision is made

• Hand off signed contracts to the operations team

✅ WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• 2+ years in high-ticket sales ($10,000+ per project)

• Background in home improvement, roofing, pools, solar, remodeling, or construction preferred

• Strong phone and in-person presentation skills

• Self-motivated, organized, and disciplined with follow-up

• Reliable transportation to travel throughout Greater Houston

• Available for evening and occasional Saturday appointments

Bonus Points For:

• Experience selling luxury home upgrades

• Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM

• Consultative / needs-based selling approach

• Comfort discussing project financing with clients
