JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Project Coordinator plays a key role in driving the successful planning, execution, and delivery of projects. This individual is responsible for coordinating cross-functional efforts, leading project meetings, and ensuring alignment across stakeholders. The role requires strong organizational rigor, proactive communication, and confidence to guide both internal teams and customer stakeholders through project milestones and deliverables.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Assist in defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders and project team members.
· Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including RACI matrix, task assignments, timelines, and resource allocation.
· Track project progress and ensure timely completion of milestones by monitoring schedules and dependencies.
· Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including meeting agendas and notes, action items, risk logs, and status reports.
· Conduct risk assessments and communicate potential issues, mitigation strategies, and project updates to stakeholders regularly.
· Serve as a point of contact for project-related inquiries, addressing concerns and facilitating resolution throughout the project lifecycle.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to share project updates, provide training, and ensure alignment on project goals.
· Organize and lead customer-facing and internal project meetings, confidently guiding discussions, setting agendas, and follow-up on action items.
· Present project updates, timelines, risks, and milestones to stakeholders in a clear, professional, and structured manner.
· Drive accountability across project stakeholders by proactively following up on action items, dependencies, and deliverables.
REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES
· Highly organized, detail-oriented, and execution-focused with a strong sense of ownership and urgency.
· Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
· Confident facilitator with the ability to lead meetings, manage group dynamics, and drive decisions in a structured and professional manner.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and professionally.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Smartsheet, or Microsoft Project).
· Detail-oriented with a proactive and solution-focused approach to problem-solving.
· Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and build strong working relationships across departments.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
· Bachelor’s degree in related field, which may include Computer Science, Business, or Engineering, required or appropriate experience
· At least three years of related experience required.
· PMP, PgMP, CAPM, and/or comparable project management certifications highly desirable.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
· Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
· Competitive base salary commensurate with experience based on candidate qualifications – $6f0,000 – $70,000/year
· Annual bonus.
