Are you an experienced ICU nurse ready to take on your next adventure? Do you excel in high-stakes environments and have a passion for neuro/trauma care? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you in a Level II trauma NT/SICU unit. Join our healthcare partner in providing exceptional care for neuro/trauma patients, utilizing your skills with ICP monitors, CRRT, and lumbar drains. This role requires flexibility, as you may need to float to the Cardiovascular Unit, Telemetry Care Unit, ICU/CCU, or Med Surg units as needed.

As a critical member of the team, you will:

• Provide specialized care for neuro/trauma patients in a 12-bed unit with a 2:1 patient-to-nurse ratio
• Utilize EPIC charting for accurate and efficient documentation
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Float to various units as needed to support patient care across the facility

Requirements:

• Must have at least 5 years of acute critical care experience
• Level II trauma critical care experience required
• Current CA RN license
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• Previous traveler experience
• Need 2 years experience in setting
