As the Human Resources Specialist for Netflix House, you’ll be the on-the-floor people expert who keeps the operation running smoothly. You’ll be a go-to partner for our hourly crew and frontline managers—owning high-volume recruiting, handling day-to-day employee relations, and making sure our HR systems, ticketing, and performance practices actually work in real life. By staying close to what’s happening on the floor and supporting managers in the moments that matter, you’ll turn the broader Netflix HR vision into a consistent, supportive, and engaging employee experience for every crew member.
What You Will Do
What We Need From You
Generally, our compensation structure consists solely of an annual salary; we do not have bonuses. You choose each year how much of your compensation you want in salary versus stock options. To determine your personal top of market compensation, we rely on market indicators and consider your specific job family, background, skills, and experience to determine your compensation in the market range. The range for this role is $104,500.00 – $146,500.00.
