We are looking for an experienced HR Program Manager to play a key role in designing, leading, and executing the broader team’s strategic talent deliverables. Designed as a uniquely blended role with a primary emphasis on strategic program management, complemented by dedicated HR Business Partner responsibilities, this position will work closely with the HR Business Partner team to architect and drive specific HR programs and initiatives that attract, engage, and retain talent, while also providing targeted day-to-day HR Support to a defined talent group.

We rely on market indicators and consider your specific job family, background, location, skills, and experience. The overall market range for this role is typically $184,000 – 330,000. This reflects total compensation; we do not have bonuses.
