We are growing at InAir! We’re looking for an HR Operations Lead to join our team. Are you a systems-thinker who loves building scalable HR processes from the ground up? We are seeking a highly proactive HR Operations Lead to take full ownership of our core People operations and help us build the infrastructure for our next phase of growth.
This is a part-time role, requiring availability equivalent to about 20 hours per week to start, with the potential to transition into a full-time position.
