About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Senior HR Generalist to join our team remotely within the United States. This role will support our global Commercial organization, encompassing Sales, Business Development, and various divisions including Commercial Engine Services, Military, Helicopter, and Energy. As a Senior HR Generalist, you will act as a trusted advisor and strategic partner, bridging the gap between business needs and HR initiatives. You will collaborate closely with business leaders and the VP of HR to develop and execute talent strategies, support revenue-generating functions, and ensure a consistent, high-quality employee experience across regions. Your expertise will be vital in managing employee relations, organizational design, workforce planning, and implementing HR programs aligned with our company’s growth objectives.
