Primary Responsibilities/Function: The Human Resources Generalist is the primary point of contact for general staff inquiries and will participate in the daily functions of the Human Resource (HR) department including, but not limited to, recruitment, benefits and leave administration, employee injury and worker’s compensation claims, and enforcement of company policies and practices. This position will also be cross trained and serve as a back-up for payroll processing. This is a 32 hour per week in-person position based at the Chesapeake worksite.
