Busy real estate team is looking for a part time Admin Assistant · Social Media Manager to join our office!
We are anticipating approx. 4-5 hours per day in the office, plus an additional 1 hour per day that can be completed from home.
There is absolutely room for growth and advancement into a full time role and/or additional roles within the company.
A real estate license is not required for this position, though general real estate knowledge is very helpful. Binge watching HGTV does NOT count as real estate knowledge 😉 But we love HGTV too!
We are looking for someone who is:
1. Fun To Be Around
We work hard, but we play hard too!Our office is loads of fun, and we want someone who adds to that! We’re looking for someone who has a ‘sparkling’ personality and can keep it light when the days get tough.
2. Social Media Savvy
Social Media is the cornerstone of our marketing, so this is a big one. You’ll be in charge of managing several social media channels, both on Facebook and Instagram.
We are not looking for someone with casual knowledge of social media platforms and “thinks it would be fun” to be a social media manager. The right person will be able to create content that stands out, is exciting, valuable and buzz-worthy. You will consider every aesthetic detail of a social post, from images to links to formatting of copy. You will assess the data behind posts to meet strict growth goals and make suggestions on strategies to increase our reach and conversion.
3. An Eye For Design
You don’t need to be a full on graphic designer, but we do want someone who can create beautiful graphics for our social media content and real state marketing using Canva. The right person has a good understanding of the basic principles of branding & design.
4. Well Spoken & Well Written
A good portion of this job is communicating to our clients and prospects. We need you to articulate in clear, well written e-mails, blogs, posts, etc. To be honest, we have a low tolerance for sloppy work. Attention to detail is of the utmost importance!
5. Ninja Level Organization Skills
Our team gets anywhere from 100-500 emails per day. Use your organization mastery to sift through the junk, tag for action, share with the appropriate team member, and follow up on the most important tasks to be sure they were completed.
6. General Administrative Duties
We will also rely on you to handle general administrative duties within the office. Answering phones, compiling marketing materials, ordering client gifts, office supplies, etc.
About 10% of this job will be supporting the team leader in a ‘personal assistant’ role. Don’t worry, we won’t ask you to pick up our dry cleaning.
But, we may ask you to occasionally:
· manage the family calendar
· assist with travel itineraries
· assist with household management
· oversee household contractors
If you think this is the right fit for you, please respond with your resume & income requirements. (Please note, this position does not offer benefits)
