Hoerbiger Hiring for Logistics Associate Full Time
About the Position
HOERBIGER Service LATAM is seeking a motivated Logistics Professional to join our team in Deerfield Beach, FL. Our ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, great computer skills and logistics (import/export) experience. The Logistics position coordinates administrative paperwork for shipments worldwide (80% to Mexico and South America). This is a full-time position.
Responsibilities
- Assists with preparation of necessary shipping documentation for incoming and outgoing shipments
- Assists with flow of materials in the warehouse according to established guidelines
- Performs visual and physical inspections of outgoing deliveries
- Coordinates shipment with 3PL and courier carriers
- Expedites orders with suppliers
- Prepares all necessary paperwork for import and export procedures, Material Management for export procedure
- Invoices consolidated orders
- Tracks and traces goods while they are on route to their destinations
- Assists with inventory procedures
- Organizes, files, scans related paperwork
- Communicates regularly with internal and external customers
Requirements
- Minimum three years’ experience in similar logistics position
- Bilingual English/Spanish (read/write/speak) required
- Familiarity/experience working with import/export requirements/paperwork
- Demonstrated computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook/Teams/Word/Excel, shipping software, SAP Experience
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- High level of attention to detail, organized
- HS Diploma or GED
