Summary

Highpoint Powder Coating is looking to fill a position for a Media BlastingPrep tech. Responsibilities include media blast parts prior to powder coating. Responsibilities includes media blasting, degreasing, masking, disassembly. Ensures quality finished products.

Job Responsibilities

Media blasting of parts
Degreasing of parts
Masking parts that do not require blasting
Disassembly of items prior to processing
Equipment maintenance
Maintains safe and clean working environment.
Follows and promotes company safety guidelines.
Presents effective interface with customer by sharing positive attitude and respect, ability, and courtesy.
Communicate with leadership and teammates effectively and in timely manner.

Job Requirements

Ability to multi-task and make decisions.

Physical Demands

Ability to lift up to 70 pounds repeatedly throughout the day.
Frequently required to use hands to handle objects.
Regularly required to stand, walk, bend, and reach with hands and arms.
Ability to stand for 8 hours a day

Full blasting suit
Steel toe boots
