We are seeking a new Executive Chef to join our team. Your role will be to ordering menu design and costing scheduling event planning interaction with Inn Keeping and bar management lead our growing team of dedicated Customer Success Representatives and promote customer retention and loyalty.. As a member of the Hospitality department, you will work with Management, Maintenance, Inn Keeping and to our Executive Chef. What You Will Do: Conduct regular business reviews to ensure clients are satisfied with their products and services and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure client satisfaction. Manage multiple projects at varying stages. What You Will Bring: Our ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of relevant experience and the following credentials/skills: Vocational Degree or Certification Recipe Development Scratch Cooking Culinary Management Portion Control Beef and fish cutting Seafood Broiling Soup Making Why You’ll Love Us: We are a remote Destination Resort with a Restaurant, Full Bar and Lodging. We only use the finest products in preparation of our meals.

We are located at the Base of Mount Lassen, with plenty of hiking, camping and fishing. Our guests come from all over the world to stay with us. We cater and have onsite weddings, Car shows and live music. With our sister Property we can accommodate up to 100 people which doesn’t include our RV sites and Camping.

Salary range for this position is $60,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year.
