Create and publish job ads in various job portals Host and participate in job fairs Provides clerical support to the HR department. Assists with administering pre and post-employment documentation, testing, background checks, training and uniform ordering; Completes verifications of employment requests; Orders supplies for the department; Tracks professional licenses/certifications, drivers licenses, annual background checks, initial and annual Tb tests, exclusion reports, etc; Performs other clerical duties such as filing, photocopying and collating along with other duties as assigned; Performs other duties as assigned. Minimum Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in work related field At least 1 year experience in Human Resources.
