Healthcare Partners Professional Services Hiring for Medical Scheduler at Remote Full Time

This person is responsible for:

• Serve as the main point of contact for clients and patients

• Answering phones and scheduling appointments

• Responding/ Scheduling client via Email and other sources

• Verifying benefits

• Providing client and/or provider benefits/costs

• Setting up new clients in practice software

• Data entry, including entering benefit verifications in clients’ files

Position schedule:

• 8:00 am-5:00 pm EST or 9:00 am – 6:00 pm EST Monday through Friday with a one-hour lunch

Skills/Qualifications:

• Excellent verbal and written communication

• Ability to interact with patients, clients, and team members verbally via phone

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

• Ability to follow through on verbal and written instruction

• Attention to detail and accuracy

• Thorough follow up and follow through

• Ability to create systems to organize their work and maintain them

• Proficiency with Google suite preferred

• 1-2 years experience using Excel or Google Sheets preferred

• Experience working in a remote position preferred

• 1 year of medical front office experience

• Dedicated, working space with a professional background, required

• Webcam and the ability to participate in virtual meetings, required
