Role Overview
The Consultant Advisor is responsible for identifying, engaging, and placing highly skilled Healthcare IT professionals on consulting assignments with hospitals and health systems across the country.
This role reports to a Director of Recruiting and plays a critical role in helping our clients successfully execute major healthcare technology initiatives.
Consultant Advisors build relationships with top consultants, manage the recruitment lifecycle, and continue supporting consultants throughout their engagements to ensure success for both the consultant and client.
