We are looking for a Healthcare Data Associate to join our team! This role is central to how we understand performance, identify opportunities, and drive meaningful improvement across our Medicaid and Medicare populations.
What You’ll Do
As the Healthcare Data Associate you will play a pivotal role in translating complex healthcare data into insights that inform strategy, improve quality outcomes, and support decision-making across the organization. You’ll work closely with Quality, Technology, Market Operations, and leadership teams to strengthen performance across multiple states.

The expected salary range for this position is $85,000 – $95,000, based on experience and alignment with role expectations. In addition to base compensation, we offer a competitive equity package, comprehensive health benefits, and flexible work arrangements.
