Requirements
This role requires a seasoned storytelling and content leader with strong strategic thinking and execution capabilities. You should bring 10+ years of experience in content, brand, editorial, or marketing leadership roles within technology or innovation-driven organizations, with a proven track record of translating narrative into measurable business outcomes such as pipeline growth or brand expansion. You are highly audience-centric, with the ability to deeply understand customer motivations and turn complex technical domains into clear, emotionally resonant stories. Strong creative judgment is essential, along with the ability to shift between strategic vision and hands-on content creation. You should be comfortable collaborating across executive, product, and technical teams in fast-paced environments, and have experience shaping multi-channel storytelling strategies. Familiarity with healthcare, AI, robotics, or other complex technical industries is highly valuable, along with a strong instinct for cultural relevance and emerging content trends.
