Head of Product Full Time NEW

Peaple Talent has partnered with a rapidly growing data security company looking for a Head of Product.

Our client is looking for someone with 6+ years as a Product Lead ideally in B2B SaaS.

The Role

You will be primarily responsible for working across all teams and with Co-Founders to build their product strategy.

Based remotely you will be reporting to and be tasked with the following:

– owning and designing large feature work

– translating product vision into requirements

– collaborating with the engineering team to ensure clear delivery milestones and success metrics

– building and scaling their product organisation

The Candidate

The ideal candidate for this role will have demonstrable ability to build and scale a Product organisation preferably in a startup or scaleup setting.

You’ll also need a background in influencing product direction, design and delivery based on customer research, needs, and feedback.

I would also be a bonus if you have an understanding of the data security industry and landscape.
