Own the architecture and execution of a cloud financial data platform processing hundreds of millions of rows monthly. As the technical leader of a seed-stage team, you will ship code daily while scaling a high-performance engineering culture to solve complex data cardinality and multi-cloud billing challenges for Fortune 500 enterprises.

What You Will Do
- Lead daily shipping and set a high-velocity pace by personally contributing to the codebase and removing architectural or process bottlenecks.
- Design and evolve a robust data infrastructure using Python, ClickHouse, and Airflow capable of 50x growth in data volume and complexity.
- Recruit and mentor a world-class engineering team, fostering a culture of excellence where engineers do the best work of their careers.
The ideal candidate
- Proven track record as a Director, VP, or founder who thrives in seed-stage ambiguity and remains a hands-on technical contributor.
- Deep expertise in data infrastructure, large-scale ETL/ELT pipelines, and managing complex datasets with near-unbounded cardinality.
- Enthusiastic about AI-assisted development and building product-focused engineering teams rather than purely infrastructure or operations-focused organizations.
