Head of Capital Formation Full Time NEW

We are looking for a senior professional to lead capital formation for our fund and build this function over time. This person will be responsible for fundraising, developing and managing the investor pipeline, and helping shape how the fund is presented to current and prospective LPs.

This is a senior, high-ownership role for someone who can both raise capital personally and put in place a repeatable fundraising process.

Key responsibilities

• Lead fundraising efforts across the firm

• Build and manage relationships with prospective and existing investors

• Develop and maintain a pipeline of allocators, family offices, HNW investors, and institutional prospects

• Drive the full fundraising process from initial outreach through diligence and closing

• Coordinate closely with the investment team and leadership on investor communications

Profile

• Strong track record in fundraising and capital formation

• Experience working with investment funds, asset managers, hedge funds, private markets firms, or related financial platforms

• Existing network among relevant investor groups is a strong plus, with priority given to candidates with established relationships in the US, Singapore, and/or the UAE

• Ability to communicate complex investment strategies in a clear, credible, and commercially effective way and represent the firm credibly with sophisticated investors
