Job SummaryWe are looking for an energetic, goal‐driven, self‐motivated professional to join our marketing department. If you’re an ambitious individual who wants to build a career in marketing, then we want to work with you. Applicants should have outstanding communication and collaboration skills, excellent analytical, problem‐solving, and time‐management skills, as well as experience with relevant marketing platforms.

What You’ll Do:

• Create and design various materials for print and digital collateral for multiple brands, including catalogs, website assets, social media images, brochures, print ads, email messages, and more
• Ensure projects are completed with high quality and on schedule
• Prioritize and manage multiple projects within design specifications and budget restrictions
• Perform retouching and manipulation of images
• Work with a wide range of media and graphic design software
• Coordinate with outside agencies, art services, printers, etc.
• Present ideas and final deliverables to internal and external teams, and communicate with senior leaders about marketing programs, strategies, and budgets
• Maintain quality control for all graphic output through all sales channels, including consistency across campaign assets and brand distinctions

What We’re Looking For:

• Excellent eye for detail
• Deadline‐focused
• Organized and accountable
• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in marketing or related field
• 1‐4 years of experience in graphic design
• Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, print and the web
• Knowledge of Adobe PhotoShop, Illustrator, Sketch, InDesign and other graphic design software
• Compelling portfolio of work over a wide range of creative projects
• Passion for the marketing industry and its best practices along with an interest in agriculture, horticulture, and/or gardening
• Ability to lead and collaborate with cross‐functional partners, prioritize high impact activities, and keep complex projects moving forward
