In this role, you will be a key resource for Halloran employees with solving various technology (both hardware and software)-related issues, both remotely and in person when onsite. You will support the day-to-day operations of Halloran’s Information Technology (IT) operations by ensuring appropriate quantities of equipment, partnering across the organization as employees are onboarded and offboarded and assisting with the implementation of new technologies, upgrades, and security improvements through developing effective ways to communicate these changes.
Partner with IT team members and Halloran colleagues on the resolution of technology issues, including providing help desk support as needed for systems and applications used by Halloran team members
Monitor the inventory of technology hardware in order to ensure proper quantities are in place for current employees, organizational growth, and any emergency/loaner equipment
In partnership with senior IT team members, partner with Halloran colleagues to understand needs for additional technologies, software, hardware, and security solutions and propose solutions
Provide guidance on the implementation of new systems, software, and system improvement through hands on support
Develop organization-wide announcements, job aids, and instructional documentation to aid in the roll out of systems upgrades and rollouts
Assist in the onboarding and offboarding of new employees, including adding to and removing from various corporate systems, installing, and configuring computer and other hardware systems, and assisting in new employee orientation
Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
A minimum of three years of related experience if you possess a Bachelor’s Degree; additional related experience may substitute for required education
Experience supporting Windows systems and applications
Experience with Office365, Box.com, Zoom and/or Okta platforms and systems
Experience supporting Mac systems and applications
The targeted gross compensation range for this position is between $65,000.00 and $80,000.00 annually/hourly. Please note: this compensation range is Halloran’s good-faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation for this particular position at the time of posting; however, Halloran may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range.
