Perelel is an OB/GYN-founded women’s health company on a mission to deliver doctor-engineered supplements informed by up-to-the-minute clinical insights that meet the needs of womanhood. We take the burden off women to self-research by bringing a level of clinical rigor that doesn’t exist elsewhere in the category. We’re in the middle of an exciting brand evolution, broadening from a prenatal vitamin specialist to the leading authority in women’s nutritional health, and organic social is at the center of how we get there.
The Role
We’re looking for a sharp, performance-obsessed media buyer who lives and breathes paid acquisition. Reporting directly to the VP of Growth, you’ll own media buying across Google, Meta, and TikTok — from strategy to daily execution — and expand into emerging channels including podcast, TV, and direct mail as we scale.
We’re bringing media buying fully in-house and handing the keys to the right person. No agency buffer – you run the tests, you own the results. This is a rare early seat at a brand with real momentum, and the person who fills it will have outsized impact and ownership from day one.
This is a role for someone who knows their numbers cold, tracks CPAs religiously, and treats every dollar of ad spend with the discipline of someone spending their own money. You don’t wait to be told what’s underperforming — you already see it, and you know what to do about it.
