Greenwich St. Jewelers is looking for a Digital Marketing Coordinator. We’re seeking an ambitious and enthusiastic marketer who’s excited about the prospect of balancing day-to-day and long term needs of our company as they achieve their marketing goals.
Our ideal candidate is proactive, focused and passionate about supporting others and being part of a community. You’ll be part of the performance marketing team, helping to drive qualified traffic, growing revenue and improving the customer’s journey by optimizing and maintaining G.St’s web presence.
On the job, you’ll be collaborating closely with our creative, social, and sales teams, making sure the organization is working holistically to execute our marketing strategy. You’ll analyze and report on email marketing performance, and create and implement creative strategies to improve KPIs. You thrive on implementing traffic tactics, personalization, and leveraging testing strategies. On the job, you’ll:
Work closely with the Digital Marketing Director to execute integrated campaigns and with the entire marketing team, including 3rd party vendors to execute the 360 degree marketing plan
Take the lead on email marketing campaigns from ideation and setup through testing, deployment, and obtaining reporting. You’ll have the chance to get creative, trying out new strategies and discovering how our audience responds.
Manage CRM, including growth strategy, performing maintenance on data and segmenting lists, learning how to meet the needs of our luxury customers.
Manage website merchandising and maintenance, and work with developers on UX/UI updates, keeping all merchandising and content up to date.
Support our paid search agency to ensure they are kept informed of launches, promotions and new content.
Pitch in on in-store and online event production and promotion, helping to plan and execute memorable events that will help build brand value.
Be everyone’s secret organizational weapon, scheduling meetings, preparing agendas and capturing and disseminating notes to help us work together as a team.
Our dream Marketing Coordinator is:
2+ years experience working as a digital marketing coordinator or equivalent role.
You love data and are skilled at CRM and value building relationships and being a go-to resource.
A Microsoft Office obsessive, whose written and verbal communication skills are top notch.
Accomplished in marketing campaign development, execution and leveraging data and analytics to improve results and increase ROI.
You are experienced in Shopify and Klaviyo, or other similar platforms.
Eager to learn and grow, accepting new challenges with enthusiasm. You always own your mistakes, and aren’t afraid to ask questions or reach out to others for support.
A jewelry and fashion enthusiast who loves the challenges of e-commerce and performance marketing. You’re a go-getter who has a deep sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company success.
