Our client, a global nonprofit research organization, is seeking a Multimedia Communications Specialist to provide input on the development of learning technologies and dissemination of forensic training for the translation and adoption of evidence-based practices across multiple forensic disciplines.
This is a 6 MONTH CONTRACT with potential for extension – great Non-Profit firm in RTP, engaged in social and laboratory Science research and development, addressing today’s most pressing social, scientific and societal concerns!
The successful candidate will use their expertise to develop multi-media resources, communication strategies, disseminate forensic science content to practitioners using digital and mobile tools, work with researchers and experts to build media-based project deliverables. The Center for Forensic Sciences develops innovative approaches and solutions to emerging issues faced by laboratory practitioners, law enforcement agencies, public health, and policymakers. The successful candidate will be part of a dynamic team of diverse forensic scientists, communication, media, and project management experts. It may be expected to contribute to developing and delivering digital training tools (videos, mobile applications, virtual learning and events, webinars, etc.) and professional conferences. The successful candidate must have experience in various communication disciplines, a passion for excellence, the ability to interact with all levels of the organization, think strategically, and possess strong tactical skills to implement communications initiatives aligned with business priorities.
Bachelor’s degree in communication media or related field and 3 years of related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience
