THE ROLE We’re looking for a Graphic Designer to help bring Snoozy’s visual identity to life across paid advertising. You’ll work closely with our marketing team to produce static ad creatives that educate, connect, and convert, leveraging AI image-generation tools to move quickly without sacrificing quality.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Design static ad creative for paid social channels (Meta, Pinterest, Google) across multiple formats and sizes
• Use AI image generation tools (Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Gemini, etc.) to concept, iterate, and produce on-brand visuals at scale
• Build and test multiple ad creative variations to support performance marketing and A/B testing efforts
• Adapt and resize winning creative across platforms and placements
• Collaborate with the creative team to translate campaign briefs into polished static ad concepts
• Maintain consistency with Snoozy’s visual brand system across all ad creative
• Organize and manage ad creative files and asset libraries in Figma

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR Must-haves:

• 3+ years of graphic design experience, ideally in CPG, wellness, or cannabis/hemp
• Strong proficiency in Figma
• Experience designing high-performing static digital ads (Meta, Google, pinterest)
• Hands-on experience with AI image generation tools (Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Gemini, or similar)
• Ability to prompt, refine, and art-direct AI-generated imagery to match brand standards
• Sharp eye for typography, color, and layout — portfolio required
• Self-starter comfortable in a remote collaborative environment

Nice-to-haves:

• Background in Cannabis, hemp, or supplement spaces.
• Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop)
• Experience with AI video or motion tools (RunwayML, Kling, etc.)
