ABOUT THE ROLE:
We’re hiring a Graphic Designer to join our Brand Team. This is a hands-on, ownership-driven role for a designer who’s equally comfortable executing polished creative work and keeping projects moving on time. You’ll be the go-to person for brand-wide design—setting the visual standard across social media, paid ads, video graphics, and landing pages, while managing 1–2 contractor designers and building the systems that keep our creative engine running.

Key Responsibilities
Own brand-wide design execution—social media content, paid ads,emails, video graphics, print assets and landing pages—delivering high-quality work weekly. Must be comfortable designing in Figma.
Manage and direct 1–2 freelance graphic design contractors, assigning work, setting timelines, and reviewing deliverables
Build and maintain a centralized design asset library—organized, scalable, and accessible to the wider team
Project manage yourself and your contractors through Trello, ensuring on-time delivery with minimal oversight
Collaborate closely with brand, marketing, and product teams to maintain visual consistency across all touchpoints
Contribute to the ongoing evolution of amp’s visual identity and design system
Who You Are
3–5+ years of professional graphic design experience, ideally in a brandor startup environment
Strong portfolio showcasing social media design, digital advertising, video graphics, and web/landing page work
Experience in Figma
Proven experience managing freelancers or junior designers and owning creative production workflows end-to-end
Highly organized—you build systems, not just files
A self-starter who can manage their own workload and hit deadlines in a fast-moving environment
