Grandview Buildings currently hiring for the position of Door & Rafter Builder.

At Grandview Buildings, we manufacture and deliver the Worlds Greatest Portable Buildings.
Our Production Plant is located in Litchfield, MN.

Job description:

• Installation of final touches to Portable Buildings including (but not limited to):
• Two Tone Trim Installation
• Window Installation
• Door Installation
• Any required touch-ups to Portable Buildings at completion
• Pre-Inspections
• Go on repair jobs as needed
• Participate in build on sites as needed
• Be able and willing to complete any job task asked, big or small, to help the good of the company.

Requirements:

• Attention to detail! Our builds are often custom and require complete attention to detail.
• Must be able to lift 150 pounds, feel safe and comfortable on ladders and planks, and adhere to safety protocols.
• Valid driver’s license
• General construction skills
• Good attitude
• Ability to maintain good attendance
• Must be able to work independently and also as a group

This is a Full-Time position.
Hours are Monday-Friday 7:00am – 3:30 pm
Pay is Hourly – starting at $14.00/hour (based on experience)

• Medical and Dental Insurance offered after 90 days including a Health Savings Account for employee contribution
• Paid Vacation and 401K available after 1 year of employment
