Café Manager – Salary is commensurate with experience starting at $80,000+ per year and upwards dependent on skillset and experience. If you have a passion for a luxury café experience, the Café Manager is for you! Gorsuch is seeking a Café Manager four our Vail Village Gorsuch Ski Café. This is an iconic location just a few steps away from Gondola 1.

The Gorsuch Ski Café is a gathering place in the heart of Vail Village where guests can start their day skiing in the winter and hiking in the summer. Gorsuch Ski Café proudly services Illy Coffee, gourmet pasties, sandwiches, and salads. Guests can complete their day with Old World Beer, Schnapps, or Wine! The Café is seamlessly integrated into our beautiful retail store and provides the perfect mountain community experience.

What makes you a great fit:

· 2+ years progressive leadership experience

· 5+ years coffee shop and or food and beverage experience (ordering, menu creation, food preparation, managing a team of 10+ employees)

· ServeSafe Certification

· TIPS Certification

· Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

· Strong attention to detail and ability to problem solve

· Excellent verbal and written communication
