Golden Hill Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is seeking Full-time Physical Therapists and Per diem Physical Therapists . The purpose of this position is to treat residents who have been referred to physical therapy by the resident’s physician on written order. Identifying residents by diagnosis or observation or staff referral who may benefit from therapy and requests orders for evaluation and treatment. Physical Therapist Qualifications:
- New York State licensure to practice physical therapy
- Interpersonal skills necessary to communicate accurately and precisely to patients and family members
- Experience in a skilled nursing facility preferred, not required
