Responsibilities
-Develop category-level operational strategies based on in-depth understanding of user profiles, consumption behaviors, and unmet needs across different markets and regions.
-Design and execute merchant recruitment and growth strategies for priority merchant segments; identify high-potential merchants, drive onboarding, and build structured programs to support sustainable merchant development on the platform.
-Monitor transaction and GMV data on a continuous basis; proactively identify performance gaps, diagnose root causes, and drive cross-functional optimization initiatives to ensure healthy and sustainable GMV growth.
-Collaborate closely with product, compliance, and fulfillment teams to advance and refine the end-to-end cross-border trade infrastructure, ensuring merchants and users experience a seamless and reliable commerce journey.
Qualifications
-Operational experience on cross-border e-commerce platforms, with a solid understanding of the full-chain operational details of cross-border commerce.
-Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to identify business opportunities, diagnose issues, and inform strategic decisions.
-Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; able to effectively coordinate across merchants, operations, product, and logistics teams.
-English and Chinese as working languages; prior experience with US, European, or Southeast Asian markets.
