This is a hands-on, entrepreneurial role for someone who thinks and acts like a business owner—a true partner to the ownership team with the creativity, drive, and independent thinking to build something special.

We’re looking for a leader who brings an entrepreneurial mindset and a genuine love of lifestyle hospitality, someone who sees this property as a platform for creative programming, community connection, and simple distinctive guest experiences. The GM will act as an active business partner to ownership, sharing in the vision, contributing ideas, and driving outcomes. They will oversee all day-to-day operations, maintain transparent communication with owners, and help shape what the property becomes.

The Job

• Lead, direct and manage all areas of the business, including front office, revenue management, housekeeping, engineering and Food & Beverage. Bring fresh thinking to how each area runs, always asking how we can make it better and more memorable.
• Champion the guest experience through genuine care, creative touches, and a team culture that makes every interaction feel intentional.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, cost control and strategic planning in partnership with ownership to ensure financial success.
• Drive revenue through smart positioning and support creative programming by demonstrating a strong understanding of the local market.
