Job Description:

GDIT has an exciting opportunity for a Logistics Analyst at Fort Hood, TX. Must have GCSS-Army experience, and a current and active Secret clearance.

Logistician executes the following: locates and moves materials and parts, keeps related record, reviews production schedules inventory reports, and work orders to determine types, quantities, and availability of required material and priorities of customer orders, confers with department supervisors to determine materials overdue and to inform them of location, availability, and condition of materials, locates and moves or issues materials to specified production areas, and records quantity and type of materials distributed and on hand. Work may include the following tasks: directing Power-Truck Operator or Material Handling Laborer to expedite movement of materials between storage and production areas, and will update and maintain inventory records, using GCSS-A.

Qualifications:

• AA/AS, 5+ years experience
• Must have a current and active Secret clearance
• Must have experience with GCSS-Army

The likely hourly rate for this position is between $21.44 – $32.16, this is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary; rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
